Shared Transfer - With our shared transfer you will get to your destination in the most economical way. You book a guaranteed seat at our lowest price on one of our transfer buses. There may be several stops on the journey to your destination. There will be designated drop offs and picks ups in the resort
Shared Transfer Plus - A shared transfer plus will have less stops on the journey and will either drop off at your accommodation or as close as possible (traffic regulations permitting in resort)
Private Transfer - A private transfer vehicle just for your group which will go directly to your destination - No waiting time at the airport on arrival.
Types of Vehicle
Shared transfers - this can be from a minivan for small groups up to a 70 seater coach depending on how many bookings
Private Transfer - For transfers for 3 people or less the vehicle may be a 5 seater private vehicle. For transfers for 4 to 8 people this will be an 8 seater minivan. For larger groups the coach may be a 16, 23, 35 or 50 seater depending on availability and groups size

Extra information
For private transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the transfer One ski or snowboard bag on request is also included free of charge however must be notified to us at the latest 14 days before arrival
Please note that you must notify us of any additional or bulky luggage at the time of booking. If not we may not be able to accept extra luggage on the day.
- One suitcase 22kg is included plus standard cabin size hand luggage. Extra bags must be advised of immediately after booking - failure to do so may mean that we can't take the extra baggage at the airport - a fee may apply for excess baggage
- Child car seats are included free of charge if required must be booked at least 21 days in advance
- A one hour waiting time is free of charge at the airport - after this time a fee of between 25€ and 75€ per hour may be charged by the driver (depending on the size of the vehicle) this must be paid direct on arrival to the driver
- If your journey needs to change because of traffic or weather problems or tunnel closures, any extra kilometres driven must be paid to the driver if requested. The normal fee for this is approximately 2€ per kilometre.
- If your journey is diverted for any reason, any extra tunnel fees or toll fees would need to be paid direct to the driver as well in addition to the extra fee per kilometre. If there is a long delay and the driver goes out of hours and another driver is needed, any fees will need to be paid direct to the driver
- For private transfers the driver will always try to drop you off at your accommodation however in a lot of resorts there are traffic free zones so you will dropped off or collected from as close as possible. Weather conditions can sometimes dictate how close the driver can get to your drop off point.
- Flight arrivals after 2100 or departures from resort before 0400 may incur an extra fee - please email us to confirm
- For transfers to Serre Chevalier that use the Lautaret pass, if this is closed a fee of 250€ is to be paid direct to the driver for the diversion via the Frejus tunnel plus a 2.70€ per km fee
General Information
- All journey times given are estimates based on normal driving conditions. In bad weather or school & public holidays journey times may be linger than stated. You should always allow plenty of time for delays and still plan to arrive 3 hours before your flight.
- If booking a shared transfer or shared transfer PLUS, if you are delayed we are not responsible should you miss your flight and you should have suitable travel insurance in order for such events.
- Booster seats for children between 4 and 11 years of age must be used and these are not provided and should be brought with you. If a child aged 4 is too small for a booster seat and requires a child seat then they will be unable to travel - a private transfer would need to be booked
Shuttle Transfers
For shuttle transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the transfer. Additional suitcases, skis, please email us after booking so we can confirm the space in advance.
Many resorts have designated drop off and pick up points - you may have a short walk or need to take transport within the resort to reach your accommodation. We will advise you before travel
Les Arcs - There is only one stop in Les Arcs 1600, which is the bus stop outside the UCPA centre above the main resort. Please only book if you are happy to get off at this stop
There is only one stop in Les Arcs 1800, which is the Bus Station in the Charvet part of the town. Please only book if you are happy to get off at this stop
Shuttle Transfers - Important information on children under 4 years
- Children - please note that children 4 or less cannot be accepted on the shuttle transfers from Lyon to Val Thorens, Alpe d'Huez, Tignes, Val d'Isere. Please book private transfer option.

- It is always best to email us before booking if you have a child under 4 years of age in case of changes
- Grenoble and Lyon airports - infants under 2 years of age are permitted to sit on the parents lap and are free of charge - you must email us in advance to let us know. Please make sure if on a long transfer that your child will be comfortable on your lap.
- Grenoble and Lyon - infants under 2. We can't provide or allow you to bring your own child seats as they are not certain to fit the securely into the seat
Val d'Isere
The bus station of Val d’Isère is located in La Daille, near the funicular railway. All bus and coach connections between the airports, Bourg Saint Maurice train station, Tignes and other destinations will now take place at the new bus station.
If you organise your own group transfers to Val d’Isère, please familiarise yourself with Val d’Isère’s new traffic rules.
The new rules are applicable to passenger transport vehicles that can seat 10 people and more, including the driver, and vehicles with a trailer. Vehicles that have up to 9 seats and no trailer can run around Val d’Isère without restriction.
Daytime – From 8am to 8pm - Arrivals and departures during the day between 8am and 8pm will take place at the bus station only. Coaches are prohibited from driving in resort during these hours. To get between the bus station and their accommodation, passengers can use the «Red Train» free shuttle bus service. The yellow and blue lines are accessible from the red line, ensuring most of the resort areas are covered.
Evening /Night-time – From 8pm to 8am - For arrivals and departures between 8pm and 8am, coaches are authorised to drive into Val d’Isère and stop temporarily on the «Red Train», «Yellow Train» and «Blue Train» stops. Parking is strictly forbidden
