One Way & Return Airport Transfers

Ages for shared transfers - Adults: Age 26+, Youth 12-25 Children 4-11 years Infants 0-3 years FREE.

Please note there is a not much of a difference between the transfer journey times of a "private" or "shared" transfer so we recommend the shared service.

Bookings must be received a minimum of 72 hours before the service time. We cannot guarantee the service provision if bookings are received inside 72 hours.

Types of Vehicle

Shuttle Bus - this can be from a minivan for small groups up to a 70 seater coach depending on how many bookings

Private Transfer - For transfers for 3 people or less the vehicle may be a 5 seater private vehicle. For transfers for 4 to 8 people this will be an 8 seater minivan. For larger groups the coach may be a 16, 23, 35 or 50 seater depending on availability and groups size

General Information

For shuttle transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the transfer. Additional suitcases, skis, please email us after booking so we can confirm the space in advance.

For private transfers - One piece of hand luggage and one normal size suitcase as accepted on the transfer One ski or snowboard bag on request is also included free of charge however must be notified to us at the time of booking. If you have to much luggage for the vehicle you will need to add a trailer. (we will inform you at the time of booking if required)

Please note that you must notify us of any additional or bulky luggage at the time of booking. If not we may not be able to accept extra luggage on the day.

• All journey times given are estimates based on normal driving conditions. In bad weather or school & public holidays journey times may be linger than stated. You should always allow plenty of time for delays and still plan to arrive 3 hours before your flight.
• If booking a shared transfer if you are delayed we are not responsible should you miss your flight and you should have suitable travel insurance in order for such events.
• Services depart from airport at the shown scheduled times only.
• Arrival times are all estimated and subject to weather and traffic conditions. Arrival time to resort or to airport is a guide only.
• It is the customers responsibility to arrive in time for their shuttle service, shuttle services will not wait.
• If delayed and you miss the last departure of the day, you may be re-booked onto the following day, subject to seat availability. Overnight expenses in these cases are the responsibility of the client.
• Luggage remains the responsibility of the traveller at all times during the journey including both hold and hand luggage.
• Once booked transfers cannot be cancelled.

Extra Information - Private transfers

• One suitcase 22kg is included plus standard cabin size hand luggage. Extra bags must be advised of immediately after booking - failure to do so may mean that we can't take the extra baggage at the airport - a fee may apply for excess baggage

• The private transport option is very popular as this can be booked from a choice of Airports (listed below) and for any time of day or night. There are transfers for all sizes of groups from 1 to 100 people or more that will take you directly to your destination and this can be arranged at any time of the day or night, compared to the shuttle which is only at certain times or days of the week.
• If you are delayed, the transfer will wait up to an extra 3 hours for you at no extra cost, so no last minute worries before you arrive should you be delayed, the driver will just monitor your flight arrival time and be there when you land.
